How to Order

You may contact our sales team by email or phone,our sales menber will discuss with you for prices,delivery and all the else details.We try to reply all emails within 20hours no matter where you are from except weekend or holiday.

Our Summer Working Time: 8:30 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:30

Our Winter Working Time:    9:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 18:00

Working Day from  Monday to the noon of Saturday.

The Order Process is As Below:

1. Design and specifications to Kingson Clothing.(We need the logo design in ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR FORMAT (AI / PDF) so that the design definition will not be lost when enlarging the size of the design)

2. Our Sales team will confirm with you about the price,delivery etc order details.

3. Make design or samples for your confirmation.

4. Order contract signing and deposit bank transfer after sample or design approval.

5. Fabric making and samples to be made for confirmation again before bulk production.

6. Balance to be paid before delivery after the goods ready.

7. Shipping arrangement.

8. Quality feedback from your side after receiving the goods.

9. Repeated order or quality issue negotiation,we will care about the order till you sell the goods.
